My Arsenic Diary pt. 1

I attempted multiple times to grasp a bit of knowledge from my surroundings.  I had no fucking idea what was going on.  I thought of something witty to break the ice, alas nothing came to mind... I said fuck it: I grabbed the Polaroid camera, sipped my vodka red bull and gave each girl an emoji face.  Party ensue:

LA CANVAS: Culture Club @ the Container Yard

This past Saturday I had the pleasure of giving into my full lush side and spoiling myself like the glutton I am. LA Canvas and the Culture Club opening shindig hosted by the Container Yard.   Located downtown Los Angeles' up and rising arts district, and let me tell you this was not a party to miss. And if you missed it,  shame on you.  Twas carnival themed,  with clowns and fair like foods by churn 2, escala of k-town, and wing buff. To make things even more intriguing, they were offering full make up services, nails and hair, and you could shop at VNTG Pop.  Owned by the stylish Pop,  yes her name is Pop like soda pop.  Her influence is distressed vintage, with many looks coming from the 80's and her biggest fashion icon, her mom.  Tons of sponsors and gifting booths from commodity smell goods, ONPK, and NEFF headwear. I made out like a bandit, scored tons of free gear,  like a denim messenger bag from Lee jeans, cool socks from Stance,  and I was feeling extremely saucy from the open bar compliments of Still house whiskey Apple and Peach moonshine,  ps they had free for all buckets of Pabst tall boys. Fuck yeah. All in all,  it was a banging ass night, great music by some awesome djs, they had ping pong,  and lots of artsy ish for all the connoisseurs of paintings, photos, and all the yummy stuff. I had a chance to meet with the owners of the container yard, and got to know a little more about the venue and how art and food is their passion in life.  If your into creepy fun on Halloween, keep an ear out for their Halloween surprise, get on that boat asap. It's gonna be a killer. Pun intended. Thanks LA Canvas you always make it a fun time. Until next time!
